The Minister of Finance highly appreciated speeches given in the general assembly, he hoped that accounting and auditing activities of Vietnam will keep developing locally and internationally as well as CAPA will enhance supports for Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) in particular and accounting-auditing sector of Vietnam in general, especially in the context of current post-crisis and global economy recession.
Mr Keith Wedlock gave his appreciation for the supports of VACPA in organizing CAPA’s general assembly. According to him, the strong development of VACPA and its large contribution to CAPA has shown a deep interest and support of Vietnam’s Government, MOF and of the Minister himself, but accounting-auditing activities should be widely assessed and reviewed so that they can promote their roles in sustainable developments of the economy.
